Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People who require physiotherapy services * OHIP coverage for those aged 19 years and under or 65 years and older, ODSP or Ontario Works recipients, people requiring physiotherapy after a recent day surgery, and people hospitalized for at least one night due to an injury or illness
Application: No referral required for private pay services * medical referral not required for OHIP coverage * medical referral may be required for third-party insurance
