Description of Services: A comprehensive and coordinated network of services for those experiencing homelessness and those at risk of becoming homeless * a van travels a regular route throughout York Region and makes appointments to see people in their community by a phone call or text message

Using a harm reduction model, services include:
  • food, clothing, sleeping bags and blankets
  • needle exchange
  • support with mental health and addiction
  • information and referral
  • help finding shelter
