| Admissibilité / population desservie: | Adults 65 years and older (55 years and older in special circumstances) who will benefit from two or more program disciplines * must be able and willing to participate in a group setting * must be able to toilet independently * must be able to learn and fellow recommendations delivered in English, or be accompanied by someone who can translate * must have ongoing and reliable transportation to and from program | ||
