Description of Services: Provide assessment and treatment programs for people suffering disturbances in cognitive function and behaviour due to brain dysfunction * Problems may include memory loss, speech and language disorders, as well as cognitive deficits associated psychiatric disorders such as depression * Our services include:

  • Pharmacotherapy 
  • Non-pharmacological management 
  • Counselling Education

Fees: Most services covered by OHIP * varies by program
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults who live in the community, at Baycrest, other long-term care homes and assisted living residences in Ontario. Appointments may be in-person or virtual at the discretion of the care team in collaboration with the patient.
Application: Referral from a physician or nurse practitioner is required for many programs and should be initiated through our Central Navigation.
