Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Individuals 60 years and older

  • Prospective clients must not be able to access public transportation services (too far to walk/bus, stairs too difficult)

  • Must not be able to drive themselves

  • Must not live in a long-term care facility

  • Must be able to get in and out of a vehicle independently
