Fees:	Service - Rent geared to income; Fee assistance available for low-income individuals and families; assistance is provided by District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB)

Application:	Housing application and all pertinent forms available on website or at office Subsidized housing through the District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board at 807-766-2111
