Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Individuals with a disability who are unable to use conventional Thunder Bay Transit services

Application:	Application required Visit the office or website for the form, or call to request form be mailed If Transit is unable to determine if you qualify for the service, an in-person interview or a transit skills assessment may be arranged (a ride will be provided at no cost) Bookings: Call up to 7 days in advance to book ride Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis; waitlisting is available, if required
