Description of Services:	Provides non-perishable food items to registered individuals as well as those in an emergency situation Provides a grocery store voucher for perishable items such as milk and eggs Coordinates food bank with volunteer efforts from program users (stocking shelves, setting up etc) Donations of non perishable food items and/or cash accepted at main office Receipts issued for cash donations Operates a second hand thrift store that sells clothing, outerwear, foot wear, sporting goods and small household items

Requirements
Fees:	Food Bank: None - Client is asked to volunteer with stocking the shelves Thrift Store: Service - Items sold at low cost

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Individuals and families in need Non-perishable items are limited to visits twice per month Voucher for perishable items is limited to once per month; valid for one month from issue date; redeemable at both grocery stores in Ignace Thrift Store: No restrictions

Application:	Requires registration; forms are available at the Mary Berglund Community Health Centre Hub and the Ontario Works office Registration expires every year and must be renewed annually Thrift Store: No application process
