Description of Services:	Assists individuals and families in their residence with routine household activities such as light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, meal preparation and personal care Provides household support for heavy and seasonal housecleaning Acts as respite for caregivers Provides short-term loan of mobility aids such as walkers and raised toilet seats

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Members of Rainy River First Nations who require assistance due to age or medical reasons to enable them to remain in own home

Application:	Open to referrals from any source Assessment required to determine needs Mobility aids loaned on first-come short-term basis

Hours:	Office: Mon-Thu 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm * Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-3 pm Hours subject to change
