Admissibilité / population desservie:	Individuals and families who: are between 16 and 65 years of age have high prescription drug costs or other health related costs were eligible for Ontario Works in the previous months, or are no longer eligible for Ontario Works because they received a payment for loss of income under the 1986-1990 Hepatitis C Settlement Agreement
