Supported living
  • minimal yet flexible support for an Individual living on his/her own
  • creative living arrangements that make sense to the Individual and his/her family
  • helps an Individual move from their family home to their own place with support
Family home
  • living with a host family in their home and sharing in the day to day with that family
  • offers support to the host family and the individual
