Description of Services:	Provides support to individuals with an intellectual disability to find full time and part time employment assists employers in accessing available wage subsidies provides recruitment, job searching services, job analysis, on the job training and job support continues to provide support to the employer/co-workers, as well as to the new employee once the training is complete maintains regular visits to the job site to evaluate the employee’s performance and to discuss any concerns or any new job skills that may arise
