Support Groups and Education Workshops - Supportive meetings with other caregivers to share stories, successes/challenges, and coping strategies * various topics including health and wellness, falls prevention, nursing home information, dementia, mobility, self-care and more

Emotional Support and Counselling - Supportive counselling is offered to talk through concerns, assess needs, help with care planning and solve the challenges of caregiving
