Description des services:	Functions as an emergency text messaging service for members of the deaf, deafened, hard of hearing or speech impaired (DHHSI) community Allows individuals who are in an emergency situation to converse with a 9-1-1 operator using text messaging

Frais:	None - however, an active wireless subscription is required

Admissibilité / population desservie:	Individuals who are deaf, deafened, hard of hearing or speech impaired Must have an active wireless subscription and a 3G, 4G, or GSM supported cell phone NOTE: Service is not yet available for the general public and voice calling remains the best and most effective way to access 911 services if not part of the Deaf, Deafened, Hard of Hearing and Speech Impaired (DHHSI) community
