Description of Services:	Delivers medical transportation services and assistance in making medical appointment arrangements Provides transportation to any medical appointments within the community Provides transportation from/to Ojibways of Onigaming community to any medical appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist etc) in the city of Kenora and surrounding area Provides assistance with making arrangements for any medical appointments out of town such as booking appointments, hotels, and completing applications for mileage compensation

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Members of Ojibways of Onigaming First Nation who require assistance with medical transportation due to illness, injury or age

Application:	Requires written proof of medical appointment Requires 24 hour advance booking; exceptions made for emergencies Advance cancellation recommended
