  • healthy eating for chronic diseases, heart health, healthy weight
  • healthy eating for children
  • workshops for parents of preschool children
  • health eating for seniors and newcomers
  • pre and post-natal group
  • one-on-one or group nutritional counselling by a registered dietitian

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Persons living in catchment area or persons who are homeless
Application: Referral required for individual nutrition counselling appointment. Referral can be faxed to the Health Centre if clients meet the Eligibility Requirement and Area Served
