Description des services: Support for people seeking assistance with alcohol, opioids, cocaine, methamphetamines, benzodiazepines, cannabis and other substance use. The clinic provides medication assisted treatment (including buprenorphine, methadone and slow-release morphine), assistance with withdrawal management, brief individual counseling, peer support, harm reduction and navigation to additional treatment resources.
Exigences
Procédé et formulaires: The program accepts patients by self-referral as well as referral by a physician. A call before attending is welcome but not required. Patients who need urgent assessment can be seen without a pre-booked appointment. RAAM hours are intended for people attending the clinic for the first time and for people who are not connected to care elsewhere. RAAM operates as an in-person and virtual clinic.
