  • acute care of the elderly (A.C.E) unit
  • short term inpatient rehabilitation
  • palliative care
  • long term ventilation
  • memory care unit
 
Palliative Care Unit Symptom and pain management * focus on the patients' emotional, psychosocial and spiritual health needs * inter-professional team includes physicians, respirologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, personal care workers, respiratory therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, psychiatrist, inter-faith chaplains, bioethicist and volunteers
 
Short-Term Inpatient Rehabilitation Program Inpatient program that helps rehabilitation patients return to their usual activities as much as possible * focuses on health promotion through interventions targeting recovery and prevention of disabilities and impairments
