Description of Services: Supports to help youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder move into and navigate the first two years of high school * program combines classrooom-style lessons with social and recreational activities * key topics include peer relationships, regulating behaviour, and time management * program runs for 6 weeks

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Hamilton residents with Adult Spectrum Disorder in grades 7-10, with low to moderate support needs * must want to socialize and learn with others * must be willing to complete lesson-style work in a classroom setting * must be able to engage in safe behaviour in a group and community setting * must be able to toilet independently * must be able to move independently
