Description of Services: Online group therapy services for people living with the effects of an acquired brain injury * offers three types of therapy, each requiring a weekly commitment of approximately 2.5 hours:

  • 10 weeks of Goal Management Training
  • 11 weeks of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • 9 weeks of Relaxation and Mindfulness Skills Training

Depending on needs, participants may complete just one or all three modules

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People with an acquired brain injury who are more than 6 months post-injury * must be fluent in English * must have no active psychosis * must have basic level of computer literacy * access to an internet-connected computer or tablet preferred
Application: Medical referral required
