Service include:
  • foot care education
  • foot risk assessment
  • basic foot care treatment including nail care, corns and calluses reduction
  • consultation and referrals to chiropodists in high risk situations

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Must be a client for the diabetes program (DECNET) and referred by a DECNET nurse educator
Application: Referral from a DECNET nurse
