Description of Services: Patients with or without cardiac involvement are seen 3 to 4 times during the first 6 months of life to monitor for the development of other disease manifestations * neonatal lupus is a rare acquired autoimmune disorder present at birth

Signs of condition include:
  • elevated liver enzymes
  • rash
  • other blood work abnormalities
