Description of Services: Staff visits with community members who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing an imminent crisis, in person or by phone, to offer support and guidance

Crisis Intervention & Assistance: developing care plans (addressing health, housing, safety), assistance completing applications/forms, supportive counselling, advocacy.

Homelessness Prevention for Seniors: for seniors with limited income, housing issues and/or eviction threat * in-home assessment, advocacy, assistance with budgeting & finances, arranging cleaning, supportive counselling.
