Description of Services:	Focus is on improving the overall health and well-being of communities and to empower families to build healthy relationships Works to eliminate family violence, the number of youth involved in the justice system and the number of children in care Activities and programs provided can include but are not limited to the following: Activities that revitalize Native language Alcohol and drug abuse prevention and intervention Community events such as feasts Family circles, counselling and child/youth support groups Referrals to other programs and services School programs Traditional land-based healing events

Location:	Band Office is located at Manitou Rapids Dr in Emo Community of Rainy River First Nations is located 3 miles W of Emo on Hwy 11/71 Consists of 2 reserves, the main reserve Manitou Rapids 11 with a land area of 22.67 sq km

Hours:	Office: Mon-Thu 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm * Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-3 pm Hours subject to change
