Program: Rehabilitative Residential Services - Transitional
Organization: John Howard Society of Thunder Bay and District
Description of Services:
  • Provides transitional and supportive housing to men and women 18 years of age and older
  • Individuals are assisted with creating a stable life in the community through getting connected to much needed resources
  • Once individuals are connected to needed resources and services, they are assisted with finding permanent community housing
