Organization:	Communities Together for Children

Description of Services:	Operates a community-based food purchasing system that makes fresh fruits and vegetables available to community members for a reasonable price Offers a variety of fruit and vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, lettuce, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, strawberries and apples (contents vary by season) Note: There is currently only one size of box that contains 9-11 different items

Fees:	$22/box

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Open to all but is primarily for individuals on a fixed or low income or who face barriers to accessing fresh food (mobility or financial barriers)

Application:	Call or email for ordering procedure Payment required upon ordering Order deadline is the Mon of the week prior to pickup Pick up is usually the third Wed of the month, unless a holiday falls within the same week Bring reusable bags when picking up Delivery not available
