Description of Services: Regular volunteer visits and/or phone calls to older adult and people with disabilities who live alone, to provide companionship and reassurance * volunteers are screened, matched to the client * weekly visits include conversation, reading and playing games * volunteers can also help with grocery shopping and escorting older adults to medical and banking appointments
