Description of Services: Provides a short term 10 bed emergency shelter that offers protection and safety to aboriginal and non aboriginal women and children against any form of violence * services provided:
  • information and referrals to legal, financial, social, educational, housing and health agencies
  • transportation to access shelter, services and agencies
  • support to children during transition period
  • counselling/grief support groups
  • safety planning, moral support and guidance
  • will do home visits
  • accompaniments to courts, legal aid, CAS, etc
  • transitional housing support
  • outreach/crisis support
