    Eligibility - Population(s) Served:
    • Male individuals 18 years of age and older who have completed an addictions treatment and post treatment program and are transitioning back into the community

    • Must continue recovery during residence and work towards personal goals such as school, volunteering, part-time work etc
    Application: Referrals and applications are received directly from Post Treatment residential addictions programs
