  • Provides survivors of sexual assault up to four hours of free, confidential legal advice from a lawyer
  • Provides assistance by phone or in person
  • Helps individuals make informed decisions about what to do next
  • Offers assistance at any time after the sexual assault has occurred
  • Note: The program does not provide legal representation

    Eligibility - Population(s) Served:
    • Male and female survivors of sexual assault, aged 16 years of age and older

    • The sexual assault must have happened in Ontario
    Application:
    • Complete the voucher request form, available on the website

    • Send the completed voucher by email to ILAvoucher@ontario.ca, OR
