Description of Services: 19 bed palliative care unit * 1-3 bed room * 4 private rooms * 6 semi-private rooms * health care and respite services for patients and families requiring pain management or end-of-life care

  • Relaxation and meditation - Mindfulness Medication Group. Holistic care from an interdisciplinary team of specialty trained palliative care clinicians

Requirements
Fees: All services covered under OHIP excluding television.
There is a charge for Private and Semi-Private rooms for those with insurance
Eligibility - Population(s) Served:
  • Adults 18 years and older in need of palliative care
  • Duration of care: 3 - 6 months
