Hospital inpatient acquired brain injury rehabilitation program * goal is to help patients recover as fully as possible and reintegrate into the community Rehabilitative Stream Program - Patients participate in at least 3 hours of therapy/activity per day for 5 days per week * patients' rehabilitation goals include transition to community * average length of stay is 64 days Restorative Stream Program - Patients participate in at least 1 hour of therapy per day for 5 days per week * patients' rehabilitation goals include transition to community * average length of stay is 128 days |
