| Application: | The Continuing Care Program is available to anyone who has successfully completed an EHN Bellwood Toronto residential treatment program. Those who completed an EHN Bellwood Toronto outpatient treatment program, or treatment at another treatment centre, may also be eligible. Please contact the admissions team by calling or filling out an online inquiry form. Non-Bellwood clients must be assessed first. | ||
