Program: Community Re-Integration Services

Description of Services:
  • Assists individuals who are leaving correctional centres and need help to get re-established in the community
  • Connects individuals to needed services such as social assistance, food programs, and clothing assistance
  • Provides referrals to other community resources
    • Helps individuals develop skills to avoid further conflict with the law, including:
    • Anger Management
    • Life Skills
    • Substance Use

    • Individuals must be 18 years of age or older

    • Individuals released from correctional facilities

    • Individuals needing supportive low income housing

    • Individuals at risk of homelessness
