Description of Services:	Oversees the operations and maintenance of community infrastructure and related services Performs a variety of operations and maintenance tasks including: Sanitary, storm sewer and water main break repairs, design, construction, rehabilitation and maintenance, including annual hydrant flushing Street, sidewalk and laneway maintenance and snow plowing Grass cutting and tree planting Water and sewer locates Landfill operations Maintenance of a Public Works garage located at 8 Mercury Ave Maintenance and operation of the Atikokan Airport Hazardous Waste Collection Day free of charge, for community residents once per year in the autumn from 10 am-2 pm at Public Works Yard; advertised on township website and in local newspaper
