Description of Services: Support and education group for adults who have had a neurological diagnosis such as stroke, acquired brain injury, or neurodegenerative disease * facilitated by a social worker, with guest speakers attending on occasion * topics are guided by group interest and focus on areas of psycho-social adjustment after a neurological event * group meets biweekly for approximately 16 weeks

Progression and Maintenance levels of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality, or prevent functional decline or injury, or to maintain functionality

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults 18 to 55 years who have had a neurological event, who are active outpatients or are within 6 months of their discharge from Bridgepoint's inpatient program
