Description of Services: Inpatient services at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital are a component of the Rehabilitation and Complex Continuing Care Program. Inpatient services are subdivided into three distinct areas:
  • Brain Injury Rehab
  • Specialized Orthopedic and Developmental Rehab
  • Get up and go: persistent pediatric pain service
  • Complex Continuing Care
 
Brain Injury Rehabilitation Hospital inpatient acquired brain injury rehabilitation program * goal is to help patients recover as fully as possible and reintegrate into the community
 
Complex Continuing Care Inpatient rehabilitation program for children and youth who have complex medical needs or multi-system diseases * interdisciplinary team provides assessment and intervention to support reintegration into the community
 
Specialized Orthopedic and Developmental Rehab Hospital inpatient rehabilitation program for pediatric patients with a range of musculoskeletal, developmental, or neuromotor conditions
